•Dosage and administration of Poten Cee ascorbic acid:  As regular supplementation: Take 1 tablet a day, with food  For increased resistance against colds and flu: Take 2 to 3 tablets a day or as recommended by doctor. Poten-cee ascorbic acid is recommended only to 15 years old and above.
•Warning and Precautions: Do not take more than the recommended dose. Should be given with care to patients with hyperoxaluria.

•Large intake or excessive dose may cause diarrhea, and other side effects such as nausea, vomiting, and stomach pain.
