Directions of Use:
1. Blow your nose gently.
2. Remove the protection cap. Shake the bottle and pump the spray a few times until a fine mist comes out.
3. Sit up with the head tilted slightly forward and to breathe out slowly.
4. Close one nostril and insert the nozzle into the other.
5. Gently squeeze the pump as you breathe in. Repeat 2 to 3 times.
6. Repeat steps 1-5 for the other nostril.
7. Use 1 spray for each nostril 3 times per day.
Ingredients: Each ml contains salt solution with 1.2mg/mlCarragelose (Carrageenan)
